Beau is Freedom Marketing’s Managing Partner. He is responsible for working with clients to set a strategic vision as well as ensuring the step-by-step realization of that vision.
Beau has served as a trusted adviser to organizations navigating the intersection of marketing and technology for more than a decade. From price optimization at a leading Central Asian telecom to viral video campaigns for a global CPG, Beau has helped clients with their thorniest problems.
Before founding Freedom, Beau was part of the leadership team at Siteworx, where he helped clients adopt robust digital marketing ecosystems. Prior to Siteworx, Beau served as the CEO of a social media startup, which was acquired by Siteworx. He started his career at Accenture, where he rose to the executive ranks leading CRM, ERP, EAI, and BI projects for Fortune 500 clients in the telecommunications, consumer goods, and healthcare industries. Beau holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
Aaron Baecker is Freedom Marketing’s Chief Technology Officer. He and his team are responsible for taking the client’s vision and turning it into a delivered solution through consultative product selection, solution architecture, and technical delivery.
Aaron’s consulting career, which spans 12 years, includes many large-scale and highly-visible implementations of a variety of digital enterprise platforms – primarily focused on web content management (WCM) and digital asset management (DAM).
Aaron joined Freedom Marketing after serving as Siteworx’s Technical Director for Chicago and Atlanta offices, as well as its Adobe Marketing Cloud Practice Lead. Prior to Siteworx, he served as Vice President for Content Management & Web Solutions at Quotient.
